I have been coaching since 2009, working as a running coach at the high school, collegiate, and adult level. I hold a MS in Kinesiology, am certified as a USATF Level 1 Running Coach, and have experience competing as a D1 collegiate runner.

My coaching and training philosophy is one based on individualism. My approach takes into account a foundation in exercise physiology and sports nutrition combined with a theoretical basis in behavior change and sports psychology. As a coach I want to help you experience some level of positive progression. I believe as a result of individualized training and focusing on the development of the your athletic goals, you will have a positive experience with the sport and develop a lifelong enjoyment of the activity.
